Request for Information

The Government is issuing this Request for Information to determine a competitive basis for the procurement described. This is not a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this survey. This survey is for market research purposes only. Only contractors capable of performing this type of work should respond to this Request for Information. Requirement: Kentucky lock is a high lift navigation lock located at mile 22.4 on the Tennessee River in Grand Rivers, Kentucky. In January we used our piping for a new valve stem to repair the lower land emptying valve. Kentucky Lock is a vital lock for the Tennessee river commerce, and it is imperative we keep extra steel in case of a valve stem failure. The contractor shall supply 1(ea) 21-foot piece of 16-inch pipe schedule 80. 2(ea) 21-foot pieces of 18-inch pipe schedule 80.

Period of Performance

The Period of Performance shall be performed within 30 calendar days of the award date.
