Work Details Contractors will provide services related to home repair and maintenance projects, which may include minor repairs, substantial repairs, or maintenance based on specific project requirements. The work must comply with various standards including HUD Housing Quality Standards, Arizona Rehabilitation Standards, and Energy Star guidelines. Period of Performance The City will accept Contractor Applications on an ongoing basis until March 31, 2027. Bidder Requirements Contractors must be licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors without any pending complaints. They are required to have a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number and active status in SAM.gov. They should also demonstrate financial stability and have no history of failing to fulfill contractual obligations.
