Drilling an 8-inch Ø Borehole by Air Hammer/Air Rotary Method - Per Linear Foot (100 to 500 feet); 4. Building a Berm for Containment and Pumping Water and Fluids to Sedimentation Bag - Lump Sum; 5. Providing and Installing an 8-inch Ø Steel Casing with Grouting - Per Linear Foot; 6. Well Development using a double-surge block assembly with air-lift pumping - Per Hour; 7. Plumbness and Alignment Test - Lump Sum; 8. Step-Drawdown and Constant Rate Pumping Tests - Lump Sum; 9. Downhole Video Inspection - Lump Sum; 10. Disinfection Chemicals (NSF/ANSI 60 Certified Sodium Hypochlorite) - Unit Rate; 11. Final Well Completion (10 or 12-inch locking well cap) - Lump Sum; 12. Standby Time - Hourly Rate.
