The venue must accommodate approximately 175 OLE Special Agents, with between 18 and 36 agents present each week, plus six Use of Force instructors. The venue must be located within one hour's drive from the National Conservation Training Center in Shepherdstown, WV, and within two hours' drive from a major international airport.
