Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking business sources for a supply requirement entitled 'McNary Lock and Dam Diesel-Powered Mobile Air Compressors'. The goal of this contract is to procure two new Diesel-Powered Mobile Air Compressors for use by personnel at McNary Lock and Dam. Work Details The Contractor shall provide two complete and identical Diesel-Powered Mobile Air Compressors with the following specifications: 1) Single stage rotary screw air compressor. 2) 150 psi normal effective working pressure. 3) 400 cfm free air delivery. 4) Liquid-cooled 4 cylinder turbo-charged Diesel engine. 5) Meets T4F emissions regulations without regeneration/diesel particulate filter. 6) Double-walled fuel tank or integrated enclosure/frame containment allowing for 110% volume containment of fuel to prevent spills. 7) Integrated control system with screen for operator view of compressor parameters. 8) Cold weather package with integrated block heater and synthetic oils for operation down to -13 degrees Fahrenheit. 9) Integrated hose reel. 10) Battery disconnect switch built in. 11) Aftercooler, air/water separator, and filter assembly built in. 12) Full weather and UV resistant enclosure with sound dampening. 13) Maximum sound pressure level at 23 feet at normal working speed: 80 dB. 14) Trailer mounted with heavy duty single axle trailer with 15” wheels. 15) Integrated forklift slots or lifting points for convenient lifting/placement. 16) Maximum allowable wet weight (ready-to-operate), including trailer: 6000 lb. 17) Maximum allowable overall outside dimensions, including trailer: 175 long x 75 wide x 85 high.
