Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Hematology/Oncology On-Site Physician Services to support the Robley Rex VA Medical Center located in Louisville, KY. Work Details The Contractor shall provide on-site Hematology/Oncology Physician Services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key responsibilities include: - Delivering patient care services to beneficiaries of the VA and the Robley Rex VA Medical Center. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines set forth by the American College of Radiology (ACR). - Providing administrative functions as designated in the PWS. - Maintaining qualifications, including board certification and licensure, for all contract physicians. - Conducting ongoing professional practice evaluations and ensuring that all physicians meet performance standards. - Completing mandatory training and maintaining up-to-date certifications as required by the VA. - Submitting patient reports and documentation electronically within specified timeframes. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a base period starting from April 22, 2026, through April 21, 2027, with options for renewal or extension as specified in the solicitation.
