Background The Service Member and Family Support (SMFS) Office has a non-personal services requirement for contractor support to provide personal financial counseling and referral services to clients and their families. The goal of the contract is to assist military connected individuals and families through accredited and certified financial counselors trained in financial matters. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform personal financial services. The services include: personal and family financial counseling, planning, education, awareness of information services, appropriate referrals, and assistance applicable to military connected individuals and families. Services will be conducted between the hours of 0800 – 1630, Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for outreach events. Primary performance location is The Anderson Readiness Center in Salem, OR. Period of Performance 1 Base Year of 12 months with four (4) 12-month option years. Place of Performance The primary location for performance is The Anderson Readiness Center, 3225 State St NE, Salem, OR 97301.
