This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0178 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Annual Service Plan for a MACSQuant Tyto Cell Sorter that shall include a base and four option years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation. There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
