Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing this solicitation for the Design Build Service for Photovoltaic System Revisions at the Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. The mission of the FWS is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. This contract aims to improve energy efficiency and sustainability through the installation of photovoltaic systems. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including: 1) Revisions for Utility Compliance; 2) Cable Management; 3) Installation of a 10 kWh Battery; 4) Development of a Monitoring Application; 5) Installation of Fall Arrests. Each task must be completed within the specified period from March 2, 2026, to May 31, 2026. The work will involve electrical contracting and wiring installation. Period of Performance The contract performance period is from March 2, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
