Background The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, is issuing this contract for GE Vernova Software Support to assist in troubleshooting application-specific issues and to ensure compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) regulatory requirements. The goal of this contract is to provide ongoing support and maintenance for GE Digital software applications, including iFix v6.5, IClient v6.5, and Historian V9.1. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Consultation regarding the use and operation of the software, available via telephone or web-based communication from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 2. Emergency support available 24/7 for critical system failures or outages. 3. Assignment of personnel to address reported software issues promptly. 4. Notification to the Bureau of Reclamation regarding all service pack enhancements for the software covered under this contract. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Place of Performance The work will be performed primarily online and via phone support for the Mid Pacific Region, Central Valley Operations Office located in Sacramento, CA.
