Background The United States Forest Service is issuing a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for janitorial services at the Winn Ranger District Office and Work Center located in Winnfield, Louisiana. The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of these facilities as part of the agency's mission to manage national forests and grasslands sustainably. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services, which include: - Basic Cleaning Services - Restroom Cleaning Services - Breakroom Cleaning Services - Periodic Cleaning Services. Each service must meet specific performance thresholds: no more than three periodic inspection defects or two validated customer complaints per month for basic cleaning; no more than two defects or complaints per month for restroom and breakroom cleaning; and adherence to scheduled cleaning updates. The contractor is also required to maintain a quality control plan that includes documented inspections and corrective actions. Government-furnished property will be provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, liquid hand soap, dish detergent, gloves, vacuum cleaners, mops, floor cleaner, brooms, and dust pans. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period starting from May 14, 2026 to May 13, 2031. This includes a base year followed by four option years.
