Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office is issuing a contract for the FY26 Corpus Christi Ship Channel Inner Harbor Placement Area Improvements in Nueces County, Texas. This project is a 100% total small business set aside, aimed at enhancing the placement areas within the Corpus Christi Inner Harbor. Work Details The work consists of Schedule 1, which includes improvements on placement areas 3A, 3B, and ½ in the Corpus Christi Inner Harbor. Specific tasks include: raising the dike by 5 feet at IH PA ½, outfall rehabilitation, culvert inspection and repair for IH PA ½; dike repair, culvert inspection, and dewatering for IH PA 3B; and dewatering and culvert inspection for IH PA 3A. Period of Performance The estimated completion time for Schedule No. 1 is approximately 453 calendar days after acknowledgment of the Notice to Proceed. Place of Performance Nueces County, Texas
