The government has a need for a potential Service of management and maintenance for Oil Water Separators, Grease Traps, Septic Tanks and Sand interceptors; and therefore the U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Sources Sought to find (potential) interested and capable companies.

Background The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is seeking potential contractors for the management and maintenance of Oil Water Separators, Grease Traps, Septic Tanks, and Sand Interceptors. This Sources Sought notice aims to identify interested and capable companies to fulfill this requirement. Work Details The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary federal, state, and local permits to perform work involving hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Key tasks include: - Implementing control measures to minimize pollutants in discharges to sanitary or stormwater drains. - Cleaning up any material spilled during operations before leaving the site. - Collecting and disposing of recovered sediment at approved facilities in compliance with regulations. - Providing service tickets for each service performed, detailing date, time, type of service, and any required repairs. - Responding to emergency service calls within 24 hours of notification. - Properly handling waste according to environmental regulations without discharging unauthorized wastewater into the sanitary sewer. - Ensuring all work complies with OSHA safety standards and reporting any accidents or damage promptly. - Obtaining necessary licenses and permits for hazardous materials used during operations. - Providing factory new or approved used parts for repairs, with costs exceeding $100 requiring three itemized quotes prior to work commencement. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado.
