Background The solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army for Snow and Ice Removal Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The services are intended to ensure a clean and safe workplace free of snow and ice at the Clarksburg United States Army Reserve Center located in Bridgeport, WV. This requirement is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and is subject to the availability of funds. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform snow and ice removal services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations while ensuring effective quality control measures are in place. The objective is to maintain a clean workplace free of snow and ice across all specified locations as indicated on the site map. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) that evaluates performance against established standards. Period of Performance The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four additional 12-month option periods available. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the Clarksburg United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) / Operational Maintenance System (OMS), located at RT2 Box 77, Meadowbrook Road, Bridgeport, WV 26330.
