Background The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona will host its annual Memorial Day Ceremony honoring the men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces. This contract is for the rental, delivery, setup, and removal of necessary equipment to support the event. Work Details The Contractor shall provide equipment rental, delivery, installation, and removal for the Memorial Day Ceremony. Specific tasks include: 1) Providing and installing six (6) 20 ft x 20 ft tents at the outdoor main stage ceremony area, secured with approved weights or anchoring systems; 2) Setting up 1,800 commercial-grade folding chairs arranged in rows as directed; 3) Installing an outdoor Public Address (PA) system capable of covering approximately 34,000 square feet, including two (2) wireless microphones, four (4) wired microphones, speakers for clear audio coverage, mixer/amplification equipment, and technician support during the ceremony; 4) Delivering and setting up eight (8) standard portable toilets, two (2) ADA portable toilets, and two (2) portable handwashing stations at designated locations throughout the cemetery grounds; 5) Coordinating delivery access routes and staging with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR); 6) Removing all rented equipment on May 26, 2026, and restoring the site to its original condition.
