The scope of this supply is the purchase of 2 sump pump assemblies that are interchangeable, in whole or in part, with the currently installed sump pumps. Interchangeability of the pumps is essential to ease of maintenance of the entire sump pumps system and eliminates the need to maintain larger stock of wear parts while also removing the risk of incorrect part installation during maintenance. Work Details The contract requires the supply of two (2) interchangeable sump pump assemblies with the following specifications: - 16HH single-stage vertical turbine pump assembly - 1.5” head shaft assembly made of 416 stainless steel, 10 TPI, left-hand, with a bronze adjusting nut and key - Coated steel motor stand; 16” 150# flat-face discharge flange; separate base plate - Approximately 630” of 16” oil-lube/water-flush column assembly with a 2.5”-12LH × 1.5” flush tube and shaft - Underground-style discharge - 16HH oil-lube/water-flush bowl assembly with bell suction - External oil-lube line for bowl assembly - 304 stainless-steel bolt-on basket strainer - All steel components coated with Tnemec N140, 6–8 mils DFT - 16HH impeller and collet made of 316 stainless steel - Motor specifications: 2300 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 150 HP, 1800 RPM, 4-pole, Wye-Delta start, frame 447TPA.
