Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to provide repair and maintenance services to Land Mobile Radio infrastructure and equipment as per the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) included as an attachment to this Sources Sought. All interested parties should provide a response as indicated below. Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided as described herein. Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat. Responses shall be limited to 3 pages with Arial font greater than or equal to 12 pt.

Background The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking market capability to provide repair and maintenance services for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) infrastructure and equipment. This effort is part of the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant's (MCAAP) mission-critical communications system, aimed at ensuring reliable communication capabilities for military operations. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive support, maintenance, hardware, software, repair/replacement, and preventative maintenance for the LMR systems at MCAAP. Key tasks include: - 24/7 support with a response time of 2 hours telephonically and 4 hours on-site for system failures. - Maintenance of all radio systems including proprietary programming, towers, software, license renewals, logging recorders, and calibration. - Implementation of software support agreements to ensure access to the latest software releases and updates. - Validation and application of operating system patches and updates as part of maintenance support. - Provision of technical assistance for troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance checks, and operational adjustments. - Coordination with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) for management and operations of the LMR System. - Conducting semiannual preventive maintenance inspections with documentation provided to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). - Ensuring all personnel have appropriate qualifications and certifications for servicing LMR equipment.
