- Building must be within 1 2-mile distance to a Metro Station. - Offered space shall be located at grade level or above and shall not have any facilities located above the space offered. - Offered space must have two (2) loading docks. - Offered space must have a minimum clear ceiling height of 18 feet. Building owners must provide evidence of ownership. Non-owners (e.g. prospective developers/lessors) submitting a building must provide evidence of permission or authority granted by property owner to submit the building to GSA for development; 13. Any information related to title issues, easements and restrictions on the use of the building; 14.
