Background The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking contractors to perform dockside repairs on the USCG Munro (WMSL-755) during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of various critical systems and components aboard the vessel, which are essential for its mission effectiveness. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), including: - Grooming of Air Conditioning Plants - Renewing the Side Boat Davit - Performing biennial maintenance on Folding Boom Cranes - Conducting a major overhaul of the Ship Service Diesel Generator engine - Renewing RQAWTS 12 D (1-93-1 and 1-93-2) - Repairing the Galley Roller Door - Repairing and sealing Deck Coverings (Polymeric) - Renewing Deck Coverings (Slip-Resistant) - Providing tenting services - Renewing Deck Coverings (Carpet) - Cleaning and inspecting Aviation Fuel Service Tanks - Cleaning and inspecting MP Fuel Storage and Overflow Tanks - Cleaning and inspecting MP Fuel Service Tanks - Cleaning and inspecting Grey Water Holding Tank(s) and Lift Stations - Cleaning and inspecting accessible Voids - Modifying the Dry Provision Storeroom - Upgrading the Control Panel for Ship’s Service Diesel Generator (SSDG) - Installing Hydraulic System Quick Disconnects - Modifying Aft Gray Water Piping - Installing FWD Gray Water Tank Strainers - Replacing Fuel Valves - Providing fire prevention measures.
