Background The contract is issued by the Las Vegas Remote Processing Station (RPS), which is responsible for processing applicants. The goal of this contract is to provide boxed noon meals to these applicants during their processing period. Work Details The contractor is required to provide a total of 2,996 noon meals consisting of sub sandwiches to applicants at the Las Vegas RPS. This service is to be delivered in accordance with the attached Product and Delivery Specification (PDS). The contract includes a base period from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with options for two additional periods: - First option from June 1, 2027, to May 31, 2028. - Second option from June 1, 2028, to May 31, 2029. Each period requires the same quantity of meals (2,996 each). The pricing arrangement for all periods is firm fixed price. Additionally, there is a guarantee to procure a minimum of $1,500.00 worth of noon meals.
