Background The Department of the Navy, specifically the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Sustainment III. This contract aims to provide essential sustainment services to various military commands and is exclusively available to Small Business SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) MAC holders. The goal of this contract is to ensure effective support for C4ISR systems at both garrison and deployed locations worldwide. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing Field Service Representative (FSR), fielding, training, supply chain management (SCM), and maintenance support services. Key tasks include: 1. Providing labor support for C4ISR systems across multiple locations. 2. Developing and creating lesson plans and instructional materials for training sessions. 3. Conducting assessments on student performance through quizzes and practical applications. 4. Creating training videos that include editing raw footage and ensuring technical specifications are met. 5. Maintaining administrative documentation required for formal school administration. 6. Supporting emergency management procedures at government installations during health or weather-related emergencies. 7. Ensuring compliance with all applicable training requirements and safety protocols. Period of Performance The contract will have a base year with options for four additional years, plus a six-month option to extend services if necessary. Place of Performance Work will primarily be conducted at the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in Charleston, SC, as well as various Navy and Marine Corps bases both within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS).
