Background The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) Government Distribution Services (GDS), in coordination with multiple federal agencies, requires order fulfillment services to support their mission of efficient distribution and management of government publications. This contract aims to ensure effective warehouse and distribution operations, customer service, and inventory management. Work Details The Contractor shall provide the following services: - Warehouse and distribution operations - Oversight of print design and small-scale promotional printing - Oversight of website design, maintenance, and support - Customer contact center operations (handling inquiries, publication requests, and complaints) - Customer account management - Fulfillment and distribution of orders - Inventory and financial reporting - Warehousing and storage of agency publications and materials. All services must be provided in English through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and written correspondence. The Contractor is expected to deliver these services with minimal oversight from the Government. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a specified duration that extends until April 2nd, 2026.
