Background The 319th Contracting Squadron at Grand Forks AFB, North Dakota, is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of fulfilling the Protective Coatings Requirements Contract. This contract involves maintenance and painting services for base industrial facilities, excluding Military Family Housing. The goal is to ensure that these facilities are properly maintained through various painting and coating tasks. Work Details The Contractor shall perform both exterior and interior painting tasks, which include: - Painting walls, ceilings, concrete floors, exterior building surfaces - Striping pavements, parking lots, airfields - Marking parking ramp arrows - Painting fire hydrants - Installing and repairing wall coverings - Taping, bedding, and texturing walls. Additionally, the Contractor will be responsible for crosswalk maintenance and striping of streets and parking areas as directed by the project inspector.
