State Project Number 78SC0085 Multiple Buildings Roof REPAIR MCF St. Cloud This solicitation has been designated to be awarded to a State of Minnesota Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), or Veteran-Owned Small Business. ONLY responses received from Contractors that are TG/ED/VO certified through the Department of Administration, Office of Equity in Procurement, will be considered. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Demolition, and Roof Construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Partial Replacement of the Plant Operations Building with a new synthetic slate title roof. 2. Replacement of the Training Barn with new asphalt shingles. 3. Repairs of asphalt shingles at the A House, B House, B Annex, C House, D House and HR Building. C. Associated Solicitation and Award. This solicitation is posted concurrently with Solicitation 78SC0085 MCF St. Cloud Multiple Building Roof REPLACEMENT. Each solicitation will be evaluated separately. The State reserves the right, at its discretion, to award either solicitation that is deemed to be in the best interest of the State. Responders are encouraged to submit a response to both solicitations if they meet the requirements of each solicitation.
