This acquisition will be awarded using the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable methodology. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror's quote must demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements in the SOW and confirm the ability to perform the work as specified. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is deemed technically acceptable and has the lowest evaluated price. Offerors must be actively and fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of proposal submission to be considered for award. A site visit is encouraged. Background The United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans is seeking a qualified vendor to perform a comprehensive Land Survey at USCG Station Destin, Florida.
