Landscaping Services

The Housing Authority and Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City of Atlantic City is inviting bids for Landscaping Services. Sealed bids must be received at the office of the Atlantic City Housing Authority, located at 227 N. Vermont Avenue, 17th Floor, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401 until April 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The Invitation for Bids can be obtained via electronic mail by contacting eledwold@AtlanticCityHA.org. Interested parties may witness the opening of bids remotely via Zoom. The Zoom meeting link is https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84936696250?pwd=OqGPXXYCijUg5aJaB8LkIQa0Ihrl5W.1, and the phone number to join is 1-646-931-3860 with Meeting ID: 849 3669 6250 and Passcode: 881496. All bids must include a bid bond in the amount specified in the Invitation for Bids. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled 'IFB 26-02 Bid for Landscaping Services' and must include the bidder's company name and return address. The envelope should contain a printed copy of the entire bid and a flash drive with a PDF copy of the entire bid. Bidders must ensure that their bid is received by the specified deadline. Late bids will not be considered and will be returned. All bids are subject to the instructions provided and to the Instructions to Bidders for Contracts, form HUD-5369. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in rejection of the bid. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any informality in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the submission deadline. The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the lowest responsible and responsive bid. The Housing Authority may award the contract on a per-property basis. The successful bidder(s) will need to execute the Housing Authority's contract within seven (7) days of receiving the notice of award. This Invitation for Bids is issued pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
