HVAC Installation

Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) is seeking sealed bids from qualified HVAC contractors for the installation of various single-zone and multi-zone ductless and ducted heat pump systems at their facility located at 935 E Lincoln Road, Idaho Falls. A bidders' conference is scheduled for April 1, 2026, at 10:00 am MDT at the same location. Bidders must ensure their proposals meet the requirements outlined in the project specifications and bid documents, which can be obtained by contacting purchasing@eicap.org or calling 208-522-5370 ext. 106. All bids must be submitted by May 1, 2026, by 10:00 am MDT at the Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership, Inc. office, located at 935 E Lincoln Road, Idaho Falls. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: 'Sealed Bid HVAC Heat Pump Systems.' EICAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
