Hiltons Sewer Extension Project Phase 3 Contracts 1, 2 & 3

The Scott County Public Service Authority is seeking bids for the construction of the Hiltons Sewer Extension Project Phase 3, which includes multiple contracts. The work involves constructing approximately 10,007 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sewer line, along with additional sewer lines of varying diameters, manholes, and sewer connections. Bids will be accepted until April 14, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. local time, at the Board Room of the Scott County Administrative Office in Gate City, Virginia, where they will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 31, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the same location. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. Bidders must comply with various requirements, including those related to MBE/WBE participation and federal regulations.
