Yuma Sewer Project (Phases 3 & 4)

Scott County Public Service Authority is seeking bids for the construction of the Yuma Sewer Project, which includes the installation of approximately 31,250 linear feet of 6- and 8-inch diameter gravity sewer and associated appurtenances. Bids will be accepted at the Board Room of the Scott County Administrative Office, located at the second floor of the Scott County Community Services Building, Suite 201, 190 Beech Street, Gate City, Virginia 24251, until April 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time, when they will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference will be held on March 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the same location, and attendance is encouraged but not required. Bidders must refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for all further requirements regarding bid submission, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. The Bidding Documents can be obtained from Crossroads Engineering, LLC, by emailing crossroadsengineering08@yahoo.com. The cost for full-size documents is $400.00, half-size is $150.00, and an electronic PDF copy is $50.00. Shipping charges are additional and will depend on the chosen delivery method. Bidders are reminded that compliance with the American Iron and Steel requirement is mandatory for this project.
