Background The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (NCO 15) is issuing this solicitation to procure automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) for the Eastern Kansas VA Hospital System. The goal of the contract is to replace existing end-of-life AEDs at the Topeka and Leavenworth campuses, ensuring that the facilities are equipped with up-to-date emergency medical equipment. Work Details The Contractor shall provide a total of 56 new automatic external defibrillators (AEDs), 2 AED Trainers, and 25 AED Wall cabinets. The equipment must include all necessary components such as batteries, cases, electrode pads, and training services. The Contractor is responsible for delivering, assembling/installing, and testing all listed equipment. All products must meet the salient characteristics and functions defined in the specifications and comply with manufacturers' and VA standards.
