This is a combined synopsis/solicitation set-aside 100% for Small Business. The subject requirement is for a commercial product; as such, this solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the vendor associated with developing a quote. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFQ. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. The purpose of this solicitation is for the Government to obtain all necessary hardware, labor, and services for the procurement of two (2) 50hp New Rotary Service Air Compressors. To meet this requirement, the vendor shall perform all tasks outlined in Attachment 1 Service Air Compressor Replacement SOO and Performance Parameters.

The anticipated Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) are as follows: - CLIN 0001: Two (2) 50hp New Rotary Service Air Compressors - Quantity: 1 LOT - CLIN 0002: Demolition of two (2) Existing Service Compressors - Quantity: 1 LOT - CLIN 0003: Installation of two (2) 50hp New Rotary Service Compressors - Quantity: 1 LOT - CLIN 0004: Initial Start-Up, Operational Check-Out, Commissioning of two (2) 50hp New Rotary Service Air Compressors - Quantity: 1 LOT All items are to be delivered within a period of three months after receipt of order (ARO). Period of Performance Delivery Period is three months ARO. Place of Performance Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee.
