-----------------------------------------------------------------NO THIRD PARTY VENDORS--------------------------------------------------------------------- The Contractor shall provide US SOUTHCOM J79 Training and Exercises require support in the form of Lodging, Meals, Conference Room, Breakout Room, Administrative Room, and transportation to and from the Miami International Airport to the vendor location in support of our Partner Nations for the Panamax 26 Component Planning in Crisis Conference in the Miami, FL area. This requirement will be from April 7th, 2026, to April 15th, 2026. Within these requirements the vendor shall have an on-site restaurant and be able to provide lodging as well as meals to include breakfast, lunch, and dinner on-site to our Partner Nations. Background The contract is issued by the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) to provide support for the Panamax 2026 Component Planning in Crisis Conference. The goal of the contract is to ensure adequate lodging, meals, conference and breakout rooms, and transportation for partner nations attending the event in Miami, FL. Work Details The contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Lodging for participants as per Paragraph 5.2 and Table 1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. Meals including breakfast (745), lunch (760), and dinner (730) as specified in Paragraphs 5.8.2 and 5.8.3 of the PWS. 3. Administration Rooms with Internet Access (7 rooms) as per Paragraph 5.11.1, Table 3, and Table 4 of the PWS. 4. A Main Conference Room equipped with two screens (6' x 8' or comparable size), projectors, a speaker system with two wireless microphones, a podium, and Internet Access as per Paragraph 5.11.12 of the PWS. 5. Breakout Rooms (49 rooms) with one screen (6' x 8' or comparable size), projectors, a speaker system with one wireless microphone, and Internet Access as per Paragraph 5.11.3 of the PWS. 6. Shuttle Transportation from/to Miami International Airport for up to one hundred foreign nationals as specified in Paragraph 5.12 of the PWS. Period of Performance The period of performance is from April 7th, 2026 to April 15th, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed in Miami, FL.
