The work involves replacing concrete slabs that have been deemed unsafe due to cracking, breaking, or uneven surfaces. All repairs must comply with VA and OSHA safety standards and will require inspection before the areas are released for use. This is a one-time service, with no government-furnished property or materials provided; all materials, shipping, and labor are the contractor's responsibility. Acceptance criteria include inspection upon completion for quality and compliance, with any defective areas needing repair at the contractor's expense within 30 business days.
