Background The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space to support its mission of providing workspace for federal agencies. The goal of this contract is to secure 20,500 ABOA square feet of office space along with 14 reserved parking spaces in Nashville, Tennessee, within a specified delineated area. Work Details The GSA requires the following specifications for the leased space: - Minimum floor plate of 15,000 ABOA square feet. - Space must be above ground and contiguous on one or more floors without being split by a public corridor. - Minimum column spacing of 25 feet on center, acceptable to the Government. - Minimum clear ceiling height of 9 feet. - Compliance with Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. - A fully serviced lease is required. - The offered space must not be located in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly known as the '500-Year' floodplain). Additionally, entities must adhere to telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Period of Performance The full term of the lease is 17 years with a firm term of 15 years. Place of Performance Nashville, Tennessee within the delineated area defined by: North: SR-155; East: SR-155 to SR-70 to SR-255; South: SR-255 to SR-31 to SR-155; West: SR-155.
