Background The Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, part of the National Cemetery Administration (NCA), is seeking to procure trash and recycling dumpster services along with additional optional services. The goal of this contract is to ensure proper waste management and sanitation at the cemetery, which serves as a final resting place for veterans and their families. Work Details The contractor will provide the following services: 1. **Trash Service**: Two (2) 8-yard trash containers with lids for general trash removal, serviced weekly during specified work hours. 2. **Recycling Service**: Two (2) 4-yard recycling containers with lids for paper and cardboard recycling, also serviced weekly. 3. **30-yard Roll Off Dumpster**: Provision of 30-yard roll off dumpsters for special events and holidays on an as-needed basis. 4. **Street Sweeping**: Quarterly street sweeping services for all cemetery roadways, curbs, and select parking lots, using water provided by the cemetery. 5. **Standard Port-O-Lets**: Provision of standard size port-o-lets with hand sanitizers for Memorial Day Ceremony. 6. **ADA Port-O-Lets**: ADA-compliant port-o-lets with hand sanitizers for the same ceremony. 7. **Handwashing Stations**: Handwash stations for the Memorial Day Ceremony. 8. **Annual Septic Tank Pumping**: Annual pumping and inspection of three septic tanks located at the cemetery, ensuring complete removal of sludge and scum.
