Amending solicitation posting information (12 July 2024): adding tentative solicitation posting date and updated CO. This is the official solicitation synopsis for the Design and Repair Switchgear Substations contract at Offutt AFB, NE. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all materials, labor, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete a design and construction efforts to replace existing switchgear, transformers, fuses, enclosures, relays, controls, and cabling for substations 1, 2, and 3 at Building 457. This installation of means to monitor or check critical heater circuits by connecting to the base EMCS out lined in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). This acquisition will be solicited as a 100 percent small business set aside, utilizing Best Value, Tradeoff Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236210, size standard is $45.0 million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is Z2PZ. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00, reference FAR 36.204(f).
