Background The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is undertaking the Phoenix Data Center Re-Cabling Project to enhance its infrastructure. This project aims to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the data center operations in the Desert Southwest Region, specifically in Phoenix. Biobased products meeting USDA content requirements under the BioPreferred® program. 4. Acceptable chemicals, products, and manufacturing processes listed under EPA's Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program. The contractor must ensure that these sustainable products are delivered, furnished for use, incorporated into public works, and used in services where their cost is a direct expense to this contract.
