Background The 99th Readiness Division, part of the U.S. Army, is seeking contractors to provide propane delivery services to two locations in West Virginia: Ohio County Airport USARC in Wheeling and Romney USARC in Romney. The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of propane for these facilities, which are essential for military operations. Work Details The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, and technical guidance to provide propane delivery to the following locations: - Ohio County Airport USARC (WV053), 585 SGT Joe Nurre Lane, Wheeling, WV 26003 - Romney USARC (WV038), 11 Industrial Park, Romney, WV 26757 Total approximate usage for WV053 is thirty thousand (30,000) gallons per year and for WV038 is eighteen thousand (18,000) gallons per year. The tanks are government-owned: - WV053: one (1) tank - a 30,000 gallon tank located adjacent to the training building. - WV038: four (4) tanks - two (2) – 2,000 gallon tanks at the training building and two (2) – 1,000 gallon tanks at the OMS building. Deliveries will be on a will-call basis by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)/Regional Facilities Operations Specialist (RFOS). Invoices must include a dated pricing index and calculations of gallons delivered. All deliveries require signatures from facility coordinators or government representatives on delivery receipts. Place of Performance The services will be performed at two locations in West Virginia: Wheeling (WV053) and Romney (WV038).
