Background The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing Solicitation 140L4026Q0005 as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to provide janitorial services. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The goal of the contract is to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of BLM facilities, enhancing operational efficiency and providing a safe environment for employees and visitors. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include: - Performing all required cleaning tasks and frequencies as specified in the SOW. - Providing all necessary commercial-grade cleaning equipment. - Ensuring services are performed within specified service hours without disrupting operations. - Following safety, disinfection, chemical-handling, and restroom-sanitation procedures. - Maintaining effective on-site supervision and communication with the BLM Point of Contact (POC). - Implementing an inspection system to monitor and correct performance. - Contractor employees must dress appropriately for an office setting and wear uniforms identifying their employer along with government-issued badges while on BLM property. - The contractor shall also ensure that all waste collected is disposed of in designated dumpsters provided by Waste Management. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from February 23, 2026, to February 28, 2031, including four option years that extend from April 10, 2027, to April 9, 2031. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the BLM Farmington Field Office located at 6251 College Blvd Ste A, Farmington, NM 87402.
