Background The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is issuing this solicitation for the National Wildlife Refuge System Law Enforcement (NWRSLE) to fulfill a requirement for vehicle upfits. Assessing the current condition of the vehicles located in Aberdeen and Columbia, South Dakota. 2. Implementing necessary modifications and installations to meet law enforcement operational standards. 3. Ensuring that all upfits comply with applicable regulations and standards. 4. Providing an estimated delivery date after receipt of award, with a requested completion date by May 8, 2026. 5. Depending on geographic location, USFWS will facilitate drop-off and pick-up of the vehicles for upfitting. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from April 1, 2026, to May 8, 2026. Place of Performance The work will be performed at locations in Aberdeen and Columbia, South Dakota.
