Agency cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of any building. 3. Parking must be tandem free, on-site, or adjacent to the property free from crossing vehicle traffic. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
