1. Secured parking space for fourteen armored vehicles at a weight of 10,500 lbs plus an additional 2,000 lbs for equipment when loaded. Space must also allow for one storage container to house ammunitions with dimensions at 98 tall x 96 wide x 86 deep with a door swing at 24 and a weight of 38,540 lbs. 2. Agency cannot be located on the first, second, or top floor of any building. 3. Parking must be tandem free, on-site, or adjacent to the property free from crossing vehicle traffic. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
