Clear catch basins to allow free drainage after each snowstorm. 4. Maintain accessibility to fire hydrants by clearing a six-foot area around them. 5. Ensure dumpsters are accessible by removing snow from around them. 6. Snow plowing operations must clear driveways and parking areas without leaving piles in plowed areas; maintain visibility at entrances/exits by pushing snow back four feet from the curb line. 7. Sidewalks must be cleaned after three-inch snowfall events and treated for slippery conditions as necessary. 8. HVAC units must be kept clear of snow and ice for access to control panels. 9.
