This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - 12FPC126Q0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The National Soil Survey Center - Kellogg Soil Survey Laboratory (KSSL) Branch requires an air compressor providing 300 pounds per square inch (psi) at 5 - 10 cubic feet per minute (cfm) to supply a recently installed high-capacity manifold system at the new KSSL facility. Work Details The contractor shall furnish a High-Pressure Air Compressor that meets the following specifications: - Must provide 300 psi at 5-10 cfm. - Continuous operation capability (24 hr/day). - Oil-free air supply. - Minimum 20-gallon air receiver with adjustable outlet pressure regulator. - Includes an oil filtration system and oil monitoring sensor. - Automated system for draining condensation from the receiver tank. - Maintenance requiring electrical or pressure shutoff should not exceed quarterly intervals. - System footprint must not exceed 4' x 5'. - Comes with a warranty of 10+ years. - Delivery, off-loading, and placement at point of use included. - Vendor must verify all field dimensions prior to delivery and installation.
