The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking information from interested and capable vendors that can provide maintenance and on-call service support for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Access Control System (ACS) located at DFAS Indianapolis, IN (DFAS-IN).

Background The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking information from interested and capable vendors to provide maintenance and on-call service support for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Access Control System (ACS) located at DFAS Indianapolis, IN (DFAS-IN). The goal of this contract is to ensure that these security systems remain fully operational and properly maintained. Work Details The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, hardware, software, and field devices necessary to ensure the DFAS-IN Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) remain fully operational. Services include: 1. Routine maintenance for ACS and IDS systems. 2. Troubleshooting and repair of system components. 3. System administration including LENEL System Administration, alarm monitoring, video viewer support, and automatic door openers. 4. Maintenance of approximately 140-180 card readers and 114-150 IP cameras including various Axis camera models. 5. Emergency response services within specified timeframes for critical and non-critical assets. 6. Installation or removal of equipment as directed by the Government within specified timelines. 7. Monthly uptime reporting for each standalone system to calculate system availability. Period of Performance The contract will consist of a one-year base period beginning on the date of award with four one-year option periods, totaling a maximum performance period of five years.
