324110 Petroleum Refineries This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (NWP). This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a request for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to gather information on the availability and capability of qualified businesses that can meet the requirements for the proposed acquisition. The Government is seeking sources capable of providing Mobil DTE Heavy ISO VG 100 Turbine Oil, in accordance with all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachment 1 UFGS 48 06 15.02 00, Turbine Oil Specifications.
- The contractor must be able to perform all work in accordance with the SOW and applicable specifications. - Delivery of all required materials shall be completed within four (4) weeks from the contract award date. - The intent of this notice is for information and planning purposes only; it shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government.

This oil is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of Powerhouse 2 at the Bonneville Lock and Dam, ensuring that adequate reserves are available for up to 8-10 years without the need for reordering. Work Details The contractor is required to supply 3000 gallons of Mobil DTE Heavy ISO VG 100 turbine oil, which must match the existing oil used in Powerhouse 2 turbines. The delivery must include product delivery, pickup, and storage in a certified clean tank for 14 days with secondary containment set up on-site. The contractor must ensure that all work complies with the Statement of Work (SOW) and applicable specifications.
