This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial request for irrigation service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Las Vegas, NV has a requirement for Irrigation Installation at the Corn Creek Orchard Restoration Area United States Fish and Wildlife Service Desert National Wildlife Refuge Las Vegas, Nevada. The anticipated performance period is from April 15, 2026 - May 30, 2026. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The NAICS code is 237110 and the small business size standard is $45M. Instructions All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote, meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY - Offerors shall demonstrate experience in irrigation system design and installation, including leading or designing irrigation projects and installing materials for complex irrigation systems. This experience is required, and contractors must provide examples of three previously completed projects of similar scope, including a description or plan demonstrating their role and responsibilities. Additionally, experience with deep water irrigation systems for mature trees is preferred. Contractors are encouraged to provide a narrative example describing their involvement in projects that included the design or installation of deep-water irrigation systems.
