Background The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division to procure Snow and Ice Removal Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean workplace free of snow and ice at the Fleming Godwin U.S. Army Reserve Center located in Dover, DE. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform snow and ice removal services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor is responsible for maintaining effective quality control to ensure compliance with contract requirements. The scope includes snow and ice removal from all specified locations as indicated on the site map. The contractor must not commence work until a task order is issued and notification is received from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Regional Facility Operations Specialist (RFOS). Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract will be 12 months from the effective date of award, with four additional 12-month option periods.
