This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services for the 88th Readiness Division, for one (1) location in Missouri; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. Background The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of the division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. This contract aims to provide Grounds Maintenance Services at a specific location in Missouri, ensuring that all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items are supplied to maintain the grounds effectively. Work Details The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Tasks include maintaining safe conditions on roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks. The contractor must ensure that cleaned surfaces are skid-free by applying sand or salt as per state and local regulations. Snow removal services will also be included under this contract where snow and ice must be removed from specified areas. The contractor shall treat cleaned surfaces to prevent slipping and ensure safety. Period of Performance The period of performance is from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 with four optional twelve-month periods and a six-month option to extend services. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at a location in Missouri.
