Specific tasks include: 1) Mowing turf areas to a height of 3 inches while avoiding damage to trees and shrubs; 2) Trimming around trees, shrubs, buildings, and other objects; 3) Ensuring all areas present a neat appearance free from un-mowed strips or debris; 4) Removing grass clippings from sidewalks and entrances post-mowing; 5) Adhering to safety regulations as outlined in the Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Manual; 6) Designating an on-site representative for quality control; 7) Maintaining required insurance coverage including worker’s compensation and general liability; 8) Following a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for performance evaluation.
