Background The Service Member and Family Support (SMFS) Office of the Oregon National Guard is responsible for supporting service members and their families. The goal of this contract is to provide essential services for a State Family Program event, which includes conference space, catered meals, and lodging. This annual event aims to bring together Soldier and Family Readiness Group Volunteers for training, professional development, and recognition. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Provide event space suitable for a multi-day training event. 2. Cater meals as per the schedules outlined in Technical Exhibit (TE) 2. 3. Arrange lodging for participants within 30 miles of Salem, Oregon. The objectives include enhancing leadership skills, communication, and education on available support resources for service members and their families. Period of Performance June 20, 2025, through June 22, 2025. Place of Performance Within 30 miles of Salem, Oregon.
